Troy Clark, Assistant Coach, lives in Kokomo, Indiana with wife Jennifer and daughters, Audriana, Alexis and Aliya. He has coached his daughters in softball and basketball. Also, he has coached Varsity Boys basketball and he is currently a Varsity Assistant Softball Coach at Kokomo High School.
He has been coaching travel softball for over 10 yrs. Following the career of his daughter Alexis he has coached for Howard County Inferno, Howard County Thunder, Indiana Dreams- Montgomery and Indy Dreams-Lewis.
My Coaching philosophy is simple: To have an environment that encourages athletes to learn and develop on and off the field, to create a positive learning environment while emphasizing sportsmanship over all else.
Brian Tackett, our Team Manager, lives in Shelbyville with his wife and 2 daughters. He has coached his daughters in softball for 17 years. Both of his daughters have moved on to college. This is his 4th year coaching an Indy Dreams Gold Lewis Team and he is the asst. varsity coach at Shelbyville . Several of his players are now playing college ball. He has a strong belief in developing talent. Most of his players remain with him for several years and buy into his coaching style of positive reinforcement and constructive criticism. His teams are very well coached in fundamentals and have always had very successful seasons.
Don Endress, lives in Brownsburg with his wife Leah along with his daughter, Kelsey and son, Caleb. He played basketball in college and has coached basketball at all levels. Don has coached both of his children throughout their sports career. He is a “student of the game”, constantly studying new training techniques and game strategy.
John Myers, lives in McCordsville, Indiana, with his wife Mindy and 2 daughters, Annie and Allison. This is his third year with the Dreams organization and his coaching philosophy is rather simple, "Attitude & Effort is all you need to succeed"! He played football at Franklin College, starting for 4 years as running back under Hall of Fame Coach Stewart "Red" Faught. He is a former US Army Officer in the 75th Ranger Regiment, 2nd Battalion Rangers. He has coached high school baseball, and collegiate football and baseball. John is always focused on creating and maintaining college contacts and opportunities for our players
