Brian Tackett, our Team Manager, lives in Shelbyville with his wife and 2 daughters. He has coached his daughters in softball for 12 years. Both of his daughters have moved on to college. This is his 4th year coaching an Indy Dreams Gold Lewis Team. Several of his players are now playing college ball. He has a strong belief in developing talent. Most of his players remain with him for several years and buy into his coaching style of positive reinforcement and constructive criticism. His teams are very well coached in fundamentals and have always had very successful seasons.
